Your thoughts and views of OnePlus and Samsung smartphones

Hello everyone. This is my first post on this community. I just got a OnePlus 7T pro 7 days ago. I have always wanted a OnePlus phone since HTC 10. Previously I had been using the Samsung Galaxy S10+ Exynos, before that the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge Exynos.

The reason I made this post is because I want your guys opinion on both of these companies. Before buying the OnePlus I have read many users complain about OnePlus phones having many bugs but at the same time some users having a incredible experience. Over the past 2 years I got very confused as to what is happening. On one side you see all youtube videos about OnePlus phones being amazing however then when I go to see other users review it's sometimes the opposite.

I know that there always be those who won't like a product or a company however to me this is odd. Over the past years I have read and watched many videos about OnePlus phones and I have come to this conclusion that OnePlus is finally becoming more known to the public however the fans that supported the main company values have gone as OnePlus 7 series and above have been expensive and don't have anything amazing. I am not saying that OnePlus phones are trash.

To me my fear is OnePlus becoming like apple or Samsung. In my opinion Samsung completely ruined the S20 series by their crappy Exynos model and darn marketing videos that don't justify the actual experience of the phone, the price was soo expensive, the colours were boring. I left the S10+ because I was annoyed of my games being laggy and my flight simulator crashing all the time

OnePlus has started doing things similar to other big companies that aren't good for the customers. OnePlus now finally made the OnePlus Nord however the addition of the useless camera lenses was bad, the ones 8 didn't have wireless charging, the 8T wasn't worth it for $750 for the 256/12 version.

What I want from OnePlus is to make models for all customers. They should have a phone which costs $700 and has all the main features of a flagship phone, a high end smartphone, a upper mid range smartphone.

What are your guys thoughts? What do you like and dislike about Samsung or OnePlus and would you like to change or add anything to my post. I really appreciate your guys input.
