Not happy with 4.5 - 5, or sometimes 5.5, hours of screen-on time on 7 Pro.

Yeah, the title says it. I am not sure why my device is like this as I got it on November 14th of 2019. Some of the apps I use are Nova Launcher, Facebook, Messenger, Citi Mobile, Credit Karma, Whatsapp, Opera browser, Youtube, etc. - pretty much what most people use. I also have adaptive battery set to on, and resolution and refresh rate are at Auto Switch and 90 Hz, and I am on Android 10. Many other users report getting 6-7, or even 8, hours of screen-on time, and I wonder how they are getting so many hours.

I am posting this because I recently got the iPhone 11 and I am enjoying it so far, but when I take the OnePlus 7 Pro back in my hands, I want to get back to using it as my main phone (and returning the iPhone and thereby not having to pay $815), but then the thought of 4-4.5 hours of screen-on time turns me off and makes me a little depressed. Yes, the charging is fast and all that (the last few percentages take some time though), but I'd rather not have to charge the phone frequently. Should I switch or try to switch back to Android 9, you guys think? Any other advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
