Help cleaning IMEI with LG K10

Hello all, I have an LG K10, bought from a pawn shop, that i am trying to activate with T-Mobile. However, the IMEI is blocked due to it being reported lost, which is preventing me from activating it. I did some digging and found out about Unblocker/unbarring services, but a lot look shady and some look ridiculously expensive, while other look more modest in price. That’s what led me to get help on reddit. Do any of you know legitimate and inexpensive sites that i could use for this? I’ve heard ebay is good, but I don’t know how to be sure that the seller is legit. Pls help. Much thanks ❤️
