LG G6: Phone asks repeatedly to change USB settings after dropped in water

So around mid-day yesterday, my phone slipped out of my pocket in the bathroom stall, and fell in the (clean) toilet water. I got it out fairly quickly, and it turned on, so I figured I'd saved it.
Fast forward to today. I had a notice saying there was moisture detected in the USB port, which eventually went away. I'm at home again now, and I'm getting pings from my phone to change the USB connection settings. Even when I change them, my phone pings again after maybe 10 minutes.

Any and all help is appreciated. I Really hope I haven't FUBAR'd my phone.
